Abstract

The article is devoted to the environmental problems arising in the production sphere. The relevance of this study is due to the fact that the coastal area of Peter the Great Bay is an example of an active onset of manufacturing industry on ecosystems and biodiversity. Management of a biodiversity factor must be in the area of special consideration and pass through all the stages from pre-investment research and project planning to the construction and exploitation of industrial facilities. This requires the development of regional legislation that will help companies disbursing the nearshores, to solve many problems concerning the biodiversity management, taking into account the fact that negative impact pollution has not only local and regional but also global scales.
